GREAT experience at a REALLY nice hotel
clean room breakfast buffet central location
i found my double room amazingly clean. the breakfast buffet included many hot options like scrambled eggs and bacon. the location IS central near several shops and restaurants.

the staff was friendly! they effortlessly provided a late check-out. the hotel was very clean and quiet in the morning. shops were near to the hotel apply, twice.

Mixed Feelings About Staff and Service
inconsistent service improper housekeeping
The location proved convenient with easy access to nearby attractions.
On multiple occasions, staff seemed doubtful of my residency, repeatedly asking for verification. It got tiresome. Housekeeping only realigned the sheets. A proper change of linens was missing despite my request.

retro charm, great breakfast
central location convenient parking retro decor friendly staff
I enjoyed the location because it was central. parking was convenient at just £8 for 24 hours, only a couple of minutes away! the hotel decor was a clever retro style. staff members were really friendly. Breakfast was great.
the wi-fi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel, so i hope they solve it soon.

the staff offered really good service. i saw that they surprised a guest with a birthday treat which was a selection of cakes. the staff were cute to guests.

the hotel has a cool retro vibe with modern sleekness. the room had great design touches, and there was a great shower. the king-sized bed was very comfortable and large.

rude staff unchanged sheets
the staff often asked if i was a hotel resident, even on my fourth day. it felt as if they thought i didn't belong there. i left the ticket on my door each day for housekeeping, but the sheets were not changed, only straightened. it disappointed me.

spacious room great thermostat inexperienced staff slow service
The rooms have so much space, I felt so free there. the thermostat worked very well. I always had the temperature i wanted.
I was a bit let down by the restaurant. the staff seemed inexperienced. They spent a lot of time chatting! the food service was slow.
