I enjoyed the location because it was central. parking was convenient at just ÂŁ8 for 24 hours, only a couple of minutes away! the hotel decor was a clever retro style. staff members were really friendly. Breakfast was great.
the wi-fi signal was weak in certain areas of the hotel, so i hope they solve it soon.

the staff offered exceptional service. i saw that they surprised a guest with a birthday treat which was a selection of cakes. the staff were welcoming to guests.

the hotel has a cool retro vibe with modern sleekness. the room had great design touches, and there was a great shower. the king-sized bed was very comfortable and large.

the breakfast buffet had an excellent variety. veggie sausage and porridge were options available. the dining room is a light filled space. bar prices were reasonable for a city center location.

the room felt spacious and was clean. it met my expectations.
the staff often asked if i was a hotel resident, even on my fourth day. it felt as if they thought i didn't belong there. i left the ticket on my door each day for housekeeping, but the sheets were not changed, only straightened. it disappointed me.

The rooms have so much space, I felt so free there. the thermostat worked very well. I always had the temperature i wanted.
I was a bit let down by the restaurant. the staff seemed inexperienced. They spent a lot of time chatting! the food service was slow.
